These terms apply when you buy a walkthrough video from HomeViewerSG. Ticking the box at checkout means you agree to them.

Who you're buying from. HomeViewerSG is operated by HOMEVIEWERSG (UEN: 53534891J), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore.

What you buy. One downloadable video of the flat you chose. Prices are in Singapore dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Delivery. We show your download links after payment and email them to the address you gave at checkout. Each link works for 7 days. For 30 days after purchase you can get new links yourself; after that, email us.

Indicative only. Each video is a 3D model based on the project's HDB brochure and on open data. It is not footage or an exact record of the finished flat. Finishes, views, sunlight and surroundings are indicative, as explained on our About page. Please do not rely on a video alone when making a decision about a flat.

Not from HDB. Our videos are not produced, approved or endorsed by the Housing & Development Board.

Refunds. If a video is faulty, or is not the flat you ordered, we will refund or replace it at any time. If you paid by PayNow more than 90 days ago, we will replace the video or repay you another way, such as a bank transfer. If you chose the wrong flat, we will swap it once, for a flat at the same price or lower, if you email us within 7 days of purchase. We do not give refunds for a change of mind. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.

Personal use. You may watch your video and share it with family and with people helping you decide, such as a renovation contractor. You may not resell it or post it publicly.

Corrections. We may improve a video after you buy it. If we find a serious fault in yours, we will email you a new link.

Our liability. As far as the law allows, our total liability for a video is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including those from a decision you make about a flat. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.

Complaints. If something has gone wrong with an order, write to support@homeviewersg.com with the email address you bought with and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

What we keep. When you buy, we store your email address, the flats you bought, the price paid, the order date and status, and Stripe's payment reference. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles those.

Why. To deliver your videos, handle support and refunds, tell you about a serious fault in a video you bought, and keep the business records we are required to keep. We do not send marketing.

How long. Order records are kept for 5 years, then deleted. Checkouts you don't complete are deleted after 2 days.

Who else handles it. Stripe (payment), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage). Some of this may be processed outside Singapore.

Your choices. To access or correct your data, or to ask us to delete it, write to our Data Protection Officer at support@homeviewersg.com. We keep tax records until the 5 years are up.

Complaints about your data. Write to our Data Protection Officer at the same address, and we aim to reply within 5 working days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and analytics. This site sets no cookies; your cart is kept only in your browser, and visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not track individuals. Stripe's payment page has its own privacy policy.
