About
HomeViewerSG is a service that provides prospective homeowners with a visual walkthrough of homes that have yet to be built, helping them make more informed decisions.
Accuracy
Each walkthrough is a 3D model, not footage of the completed flat. The layout, room sizes, window positions and block heights come from the brochure for the project. Neighbouring buildings, roads, terrain and trees come from open map and government data, credited on our data page.
Where the brochure and the open data leave something unstated, such as finishes, ceiling heights or the detail of a neighbouring facade, we make an informed assumption and keep it plain. Finishes, views, sunlight and surroundings are therefore indicative.
The sun is placed for the flat's real orientation and location, so the times shown for direct sunlight follow the model; trees, future buildings and weather can change what you see.
HomeViewerSG is independent and not endorsed by any Singapore government agency.
